Well I love me some chocolate so I'd go for Sharkey's platitude....but on the otherhand, I also love lemon desserts. Hmmm maybe I need to rethink the whole sentence.

No matter what dessert is made, Eclectic you're someone that I have extreme faith in to find a way to make that "killer meringue".
Lemon zest is good if you mix it with two pounds of softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 4 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla and 3/4 cups sugar, mix well and pour into a springform pan that's been coated with butter and dusted with graham cracker crumbs, set it a wide piece of aluminum foil and baked in a water bath at 350 for an hour and then the oven door is propped open with a wooden spoon and it cools in the oven for another hour and then put on the shelf to cool to room temperature and then chilled for 8 or more hours, but that's the ONLY way I like lemon desserts.
