Oh no...don't put him down. Sadness. Dogs LOVE having goofy people for pets. I know I love having goofy people for pets.

Oh...you meant 'put me down' as in "I can walk, genius". OK, got it. Ignore the 'sadness' thing.

Or rather, 6 billion? :)

And besides, who doesn't want to be picked up and cuddled and squeezed and petted and played with...ahem...sorry, all the time?

Pets get so much love...sometimes I wish people got as much love!

Our cat is SOOO loved...she IS like our child! :)

I think the way people treat pets is a good indicator of how they treat people...not an exact science...but pretty accurate :)

Trust me, Sir Briz--you could've done a LOT worse than those loving (but perhaps sometimes overzealous) kids. Would you believe that some dogs never get a hug, or even a nice scritch on the neck? Hang in there, friend!

OK, Jim needs an intervention. He's going around blogworld putting funeral wreaths on people's doors, and putting their pets "down."
That dog is "Aw"-ful. Snoot kisses for you, Brizzy.

He is so darn cute! And big! He's lucky to have your family as his pets!

Hey thanks for saying I looked like
a nice "kid" your dog is great looking. I read on my aunt's blog
you are my aunt?

Does that mean I can have my
grades sent to you? I did ok last
semester 3.3 GPA. This term isn't
looking so good. My Mom tell ms
all the time if I don't have a 3.0
GPA. I am out of school. That is
when I will hit up my aunt's or
Nikki. A girl has to have some fun.

I'm pretty sure Brizzy is the luckiest dog on the planet....all those kid snuggles and hugs? Priceless.

Blogaholic: Resistance is futile. Give in to the fuzzy face!!

Jim: NO -- it's NOT a funeral wreath on my door, either! Susie's right, we're gonna have to give you some tough love. Right after we get you a goofy pet.

Zuhn: See, I rely on you for editing my typos, and it's just a damn good thing you're here! Oh, and come on over -- Briz and the kids will be happy to play with you, too! ;)

Bradley: I know what you mean, but there are far too many animals out there being neglected or abused, too. Sometimes it seems like there's not quite enough love to go around on this planet... but ultimately, I think love will win.

Rosie: See what Terra has to look forward to?

Bloggy: Isn't that the truth?? Wha?? Do they multiply right there in the parking lot?

Maggie: Brizzy says thanks for understanding his pain. He remembers all those holiday traumas of yours!

Susie: Snoot kisses delivered, AND returned! Consider your snoot licked.

Lawbrat: You got THAT right -- we absolutely belong to him, and not the other way around. Just ask him!

Nina: He does seem to put up with us without too much complaint... he's such a good boy!

Hannah: Hello, my new niece! Yes, I'm your new auntie, adopted - perhaps foolishly - by Aunts Nikki, Shoshie and Lisabeth. You are welcome to send your grades here, but I'll give you fair warning that if you're having too much fun, I'll likely fly out and join you.

Sooze: Yeah, but he needs a Freaktard to play with... and he certainly is deprived in the toy department by comparison!!

Shelly: He wouldn't stand for it, I'm afraid. Too many wiggles to release and a wholelotta teeth to loosen, too. But, if you could pin him down, it would certainly be tempting!

Kranki: Oh you're here!!! I'm so thrilled!!! That means you're up and about a little more today!! And yes, I thought we should get Briz accustomed to the "crush" early on, so that when he outweighs us he'll still submit to it...!

What, no Killer?: Don't cry, sweetie, they all do it from time to time. ;)

Nina: The whole dammit family shall be blazing red in your honor! Hugs back to you!!

Blogaholic: It was a pleasure, truly. Romy's the real deal -- there are very few people I could regard more highly.

Nikki: *ahem* OK, so maybe I exaggerated a little... I blame Jim. When I come to visit, the adults and the dog will hang with you and MJ, and we'll send the kids over to Shoshie. I already warned her about them. Of course, I'll expect them to come back speaking Yiddish...
