Bear-Dog

We've been without a dog in the house for a couple of weeks now, and frankly, it's kinda lonely. So when our friend asked us to babysit Bear for a few days, we were only too happy to oblige. I mean, c'mon... who wouldn't want to have a face like this around the house?

German shepherd crossed with yellow Labrador retriever = Bear, a very good dog with "Flying Nun" ears. He's 11 or 12 now, I forget which, but here he is, outside enjoying the SUN. (See that, SoozieQ? SUN!!)

Thanks for hanging out with us Bear-dog. It has lightened the mood around here considerably.

I found your blog randomly, and would just like to say, that's the cutest dog. I want to squeeze his cute little face!

Oooooh, what a sweet face! Those eyes are enough to make me want to give him bushels of Greenies for all eternity.

LOVE the sunshine too....you didn't Photoshop that or anything right? I don't want to intentionally mislead the Hubs.

I bet Bear thinks he got the better end of the deal spending time with your family, but I know he probably helped your family more.

Sydney's probably smiling knowing that you are all healing and continuing to share your love with other dogs.

Jeans: I'm glad you did! His face is completely irresistable. It's so soft, and so fuzzy -- and he loves being kissed!

Squirl: He has indeed. I wish there were a Bear I could send you to fill the gap at your place. All I can send is my love.

Judy: Thank you. We are looking into a puppy. Maybe around the holidays.

Ern: Nice to see you here! He is sweet, and the yard is coming along. But there's always a project....

Kitty: He is an angel from heaven, and I'm sure you are the ONE Kitty in the world he would love!

Blogaholic: He IS beyond cute! And such a great disposition, too.

SoozieQ: Photoshop? Do we have those in WA? Are they open on Sundays?! Remember who you're talking to... the techno-dunce!! But yeah, Bear's pretty therapeutic for us. Don't really want to give him back.
