Roy, 8.22.1919 - 9.23.2005
Thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers. Here is a picture of Grandma and Roy taken two years ago at Grandma's 90th birthday celebration.
Roy was a gentle soul with a generous heart, and a hearty laugh. He will be missed by many, but by Grandma most of all. I will be gone until Thursday. Please, everyone, take care of yourselves and each other... and be sure to tell someone you love how very much you love them.

Oh, I'm so sorry. God be with you and your family, especially Grandma. They look so happy in the photo.
You can see it in his eyes ("gentle soul with a generous heart")
Wise words Ms. Eclectic..."be sure to tell someone you love how very much you love them". I try to do that each and every day and some days I even add *new* people to that list!
My thoughts are with you & your family, especially Grandma.
