It's about time...

So after lurking for waaayyyy too long, it's finally time to start my own blog and stop dominating the 'comments' section of other blogs. *cue sigh of relief from bloggers everywhere* I don't know if anyone will ever visit, and I don't know how I'll feel if anyone does... but in the meantime, here's a written record of life through my eyes.
